Who Coaches at Ferrero Academy Camps
Every Ferrero Academy Camp is led by coaches who have been selected and trained at the Ferrero Academy in Villena, Spain. They travel from Spain to deliver each camp, ensuring that the quality, methodology and culture of the academy are consistent in every location.
Our coaches have worked alongside ATP and WTA professionals, developed nationally ranked juniors, and coached across the academy’s full range of programs, from first-time beginners to players heading onto the professional tour. They bring that range of experience to every camp.

The Coaching Legacy
The Ferrero Academy’s coaching culture was built by Antonio Martínez Cascales, the coach behind Juan Carlos Ferrero’s rise to ATP World No. 1. His philosophy of complete player development, technical, tactical, physical and mental, continues to shape every coach who joins the academy.
Senior coaches have helped develop players including Carlos Alcaraz (ATP No. 1), Pablo Carreño Busta (ATP Top 10), Nicolás Almagro (ATP Top 10), and David Ferrer (ATP Top 3). That experience at the highest level of the sport forms the benchmark for every Ferrero Academy Camp coach.
Juan Carlos Ferrero
Juan Carlos Ferrero reached the ATP World No. 1 ranking in 2003 and won the French Open. Having trained at the academy from the beginning, he continues to play an active role in its daily life and long-term vision.
He oversees the academy’s training philosophy and personally supports the ongoing development of the coaching staff, the same coaches who travel from Spain to lead Ferrero Academy Camps around the world.
